He's A Manly Man

I still love this manly gift I did last year for Mark's coworkers. I hope he has me do it again this year!

Hi everyone, and welcome to another Tutorial Tuesday. This week I am going to show you how to make a super quick and easy gift that any man would love. This would also work well for coworker gifts, or a quick gift to bring to a get together.

Supplies:
6 Pack of Beer or Glass Bottle Pop
Pipe Cleaners- I used a sparkly gold
Googley Eyes
Red Puff Balls
Scissors
Glue

Start off with your beer, wipe down the bottles to get any of the sweat off of it.

Then using your glue gun, put a dot of glue on the puff ball then stick it to the glass bottle. Give enough room for the eyes in a minute.

Grab your googley eyes and glue them on. You can put them wherever you want, I like how silly they look right next to each other.

Next, take your glue gun and put a string of glue along the top of your bottle, right under the cap, on the front of the bottle. (make sure not to glue the cap shut)

Take your pipe cleaner and center it and stick it in the glue.

Turn your bottle around and do another string of glue.

Wrap your pipe cleaner around the bottle, criss crossing it over the glue in the back.

Now that the pipe cleaner is wrapped around, take the ends and curl them up like antlers.

Use your scissors and cut a pipe cleaner into 3 inch pieces, you will need 4 per bottle. Wrap 1 piece around the lower end to add some umph to your antler.

Now wrap another piece higher up on the antler.

Repeat on the other side

Tada! Your Reindeer beer!

I did this for all 6 in about 10 minutes, I decided to cut down the box so you could see the reindeer better. I think this is a great man gift, or last minute girl.

What I would do different- While Mark was watching me he expressed dislike that there will be glue right where his lips will go. I did not think of this, I don't drink beer so I didn't think of how it is put in your mouth. I explained he could pour it into the beer mugs he has, problem solved! BUT, if you do not want to glue it around the top, just twist it a few times and it should hold in place just fine.
