A Great Dinner!

I have been REALLY struggling to cook this pregnancy. I have major food aversion to most meat. It makes me so sick to my stomach to look at it. My family has been surviving on sandwiches and soups for too long. We are desperately trying to watch how much we spend going out to eat, so I sucked it up and made dinner.

I am SO happy I did.

I didn't take any photos since both of these recipes are really pretty self explanatory, I also didn't want to waste my time if it was nasty.

Here are the links to the pork chops I made and the cooked carrots.

The pork chops were really good. I usually put them in the crock pot but it was nice to have one with a glaze vs a gravy. I did not put the cayenne pepper in as I thought it might be too hot for Eliza.

The cooked carrots were perfect. This is how I will always cook them now. I sprinkled some cinnamon on top on accident, meant to grab the brown sugar...oops. They were still really good!

Hope you enjoy it if you try it.
